WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 – 3 business days.

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 3-15 business days to receive your order in the USA, delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location. Items ship from Factory or China allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your order.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Supply Chain cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Camping Supply Chain will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, and contact us. We will arrange a new shipment in 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packagings. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

 

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 30 days (For Brazil and South Africa is 105 days) from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will arrange a new shipment using a different courier company.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us for tracking updates.
